The Pr1me HYROX Camp is a four-day performance experience designed for athletes of all levels who want to improve endurance, strength, race strategy, and overall HYROX performance.

Whether you are preparing for your very first HYROX race, training for HYROX Tampa, or simply wanting to experience HYROX style training in a motivating and competitive environment, this camp is built for you.

Led by HYROX Coach Rebecca Barthel alongside Marc Zimmermann from the Pr1me coaching staff, this camp combines education, elite coaching, community, recovery, and performance-based training to help you train smarter and compete with confidence.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A complete HYROX training experience designed for all fitness levels. Throughout the camp, participants will go through multiple HYROX-focused training sessions including endurance, strength, running mechanics, race strategy, recovery, mobility, and performance coaching. Whether you are preparing for your first HYROX race or looking to improve your performance, this camp is designed to help athletes build confidence, improve technique, and perform at a higher level in a motivating team environment.

Rebecca Barthel is a HYROX Coach, HYROX World Championship Qualifier, and will be competing this year at the HYROX World Championships in Stockholm.

With over 20 years of coaching experience, Rebecca brings elite-level knowledge, performance coaching, race preparation expertise, and a passion for helping athletes improve physically and mentally.

Throughout the camp, Rebecca will lead performance sessions, technique coaching, race preparation, and educational components to help athletes maximize their HYROX potential.
